Being hard on them right out of the box is the most likely time to have a failure, even with our HD product. For this, we suggest an easy cruise and varying MPH, but nothing with hard gas\/brake or load\/unload the clutch (like crawling).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e2016 models CAN use these buttons with the OEM helix and they are much thicker (more wear time) over 2016 OEM buttons.
