Upgrade your RZR Turbo with the Garrett Charge Cooler from TPR. This cast lid version offers the same premium features as the billet model at a more affordable price. Engineered in collaboration with Garrett’s cooling experts using advanced CFD flow simulation, this charge cooler maximizes water distribution and ensures uniform flow distribution on the coolant side.
The Garrett RZR charge cooler from TPR stands out with its unique design features:
- Vertical flow core design with tank on top for maximum core surface area
- Increased coolant capacity for better cooling and reduced heat soak
- Maintains OE level heat transfer performance with a stronger, more durable design compared to the OE cooler
- Offset fin on both water and air sides of the core for rapid heat transfer
- Includes ARP stainless steel fasteners and features -10 AN ORB ports
- Designed with an accessible air bleed valve for easy coolant bleeding and a 1/8 NPT port for coolant temp data logging

Kit comes standard with ARP stainless bolts, push on fittings for stock hose, schrader valve, and 1/8" pipe plug. The additional fitting kit is compatible with stock coolant lines.
