Refund policy

R1 INDUSTRIES – RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made through R1 Industries. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Returns

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be brand new, unused, and never installed
  • Original packaging with all inserts, foam, and hardware
  • No signs of use, wear, or installation
  • Resalable condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed 5–10 business days after inspection. The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Electrical or electronic components
  • Clearance, discounted, or closeout items
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Products damaged by improper installation or modification
  • International orders

3. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before fulfillment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Full refunds (no cancellation fee) are issued only when:

  • R1 Industries caused an error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.)
  • The issue is directly attributable to R1 Industries

Orders that have shipped or entered production cannot be canceled.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges for size, color, or comparable items are available within 14 days of delivery.

Customer pays all shipping costs for exchanges.

A new order may be required before the exchange is processed.

5. Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying fitment prior to purchase.

R1 Industries is not responsible for incorrect year, model, or trim selection.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Reshipping fees caused by address errors are the customer's responsibility.

7. Shipping Issues

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, R1 Industries is not liable for theft or loss.

Customers must file police or insurance claims for stolen packages.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers must follow this policy before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Chargebacks initiated in violation of this policy will be fully contested and may result in collection action and recovery of associated costs.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Jurisdiction resides exclusively in Utah County, Utah.
