How we Deploy Our Calibrations

In House ECU Flash - Bring your UTV into our Lindon location and have our expert technicians preform a ECU flash directly to your UTV. (Typically takes a few hours)

Mail In ECU Flash - Mail your ECU to our Lindon Utah location and we will bench flash our calibrations directly to your ECU. Return shipping is included.

HP Tuners RTD Device - We have chosen to use the industries best deployment tool and have chose to use the HP Tuners Remote Tuning Device (RTD). This tool gives us full access to the tables we adjust to optimize performance. Its also extremely user friendly and has a wide variety of tools included. We simply mail you the device and you will deploy our calibrations VIA Bluetooth. 

RTD Features:

Data Logging, Diagnostics Scanner, Switch Between Tunes, Bluetooth, Digital Dash Display On Bluetooth Device.

Additional Information

• Max boost levels are listed as reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temps, intercooler temps and many other conditions play into a factor of final boost output.

• All tests performed in high gear with a starting RPM range of 3500. 

• Engine temps at nominal

• Environmental conditions of 91 degrees Fahrenheit ambient, barometric pressure of 25.61in-hg, Humidity of 8% average.

• Dynojet 224LC Dynamometer corrections set to SAE

• Adjustment in driver torque demand resulting in increase to lower RPM torque output and improved throttle response.

• Slight increase to boost pressure throughout the power band

• VMAX function increased (Vehicle speed limitation increased)

• ECT for Efan engagement and disengagement (coolant fan will engage/disengage operation at lower temperature 185 Degrees)

• Adjustments to lambda target level at peak load resulting in added protection and cooler cylinder charge temperatures

• Increased load limitation while retaining OEM level safety (verified under heavy stress testing)
