Polaris RZR Billet Valve Cover (2016+)

This UTV Valve Cover Standard Kit is designed to enhance the performance of your Polaris RZR, fitting models including XP1000, XPTurbo, XPTurbo-S, and RS1. The kit includes Polaris replacement bolt grommets, 6mm ARP bolt, and a tube of 263 Red Loctite.

By using this valve cover, you can benefit from the ability to run a full flow water kit design, eliminating the formation of a deadly air pocket in the upper portion of the cylinder heads water jacket, which is a common cause of head gasket failures. Additionally, it seamlessly plumbs into your radiator return line hose.

If you opt for a kit with MSD coils or carry a substantial amount of weight in your bed, you may need to make heat shield modifications. The factory beds are quite flexible, and extra weight can cause the heat shield to come into contact with the MSD coils, potentially causing damage. Modifications can be made using specified holesaw sizes and measurements.

It's worth noting that MSD Coil kits on 2017 and older models may experience a cold start ignition code. While not a universal issue, we are actively working on resolving this. For custom color or logo options, please contact us directly. Custom colors and logos require a 2-week lead time.
