Dual Idlers with 60% Reduction Kit: High Lifter's unique gearing setup features dual idler gears, spreading the load between more teeth to reduce stress and increase durability, unlike single gear options offered by competitors.
Forged Gear Boxes: The strongest boxes on the market, forged for superior toughness compared to cast and billet aluminum options used by competitors.
Gear Box Venting: Optional venting kit available for cooling, reducing early deterioration of gaskets and seals.
Gasket Material and Design: High density Kevlar fiber gaskets with no additional sealant needed, resistant to oil and coolant.
Seals: Dual oil seals on the spindle shaft and a true triple seal on the input shaft prevent water intrusion and oil leaks.
Backing Plate: Constructed with 5/16” steel plate, welded gusset brackets, and designed to factory off-set for maximum strength and durability.
13” Rotor: Precision ground stainless steel rotors with access holes for ease of assembly and disassembly, and slotted rotor for heat dissipation and cooling.
Gear Profile: Alloy steel heat treating process for increased internal and external strength, CNC precision ground machining for excellent fitment and strength.
