The Duraclutch Kit #15-549 is designed for the 2022-2023 RANGER XP1000 NORTHSTAR and 2022-2023 RANGER CREW XP1000 NORTHSTAR. Through extensive development, we have combined our patented Duraclutch Primary and TEAM© Tied Secondary to enhance the ride quality of the newer RANGER platform. Upon installation of this kit, you will experience unparalleled Smoothability, with smooth starts, smooth shifting, and an overall smooth ride.

Installation is a breeze – simply bolt on and cruise without the need for tuning. Our Duraclutch System is engineered to provide optimal engine braking for navigating hills and trails. With continuous belt engagement, the Duraclutch primary and secondary components eliminate belt burning and ensure a longer belt life.

The kit includes a calibrated Primary and Secondary, Belt, Primary Clutch Screw with Bushing, 2 Sockets, Belt Removal Tool, Secondary Screw & Washers, Blue Loctite, Decal, and Instructions. For detailed fitment information, please refer to the list of compatible models for 2022 and 2023.

Kindly note that this kit is not compatible with 2022-2023 RANGER XP1000 & RANGER CREW XP1000 (Non NORTHSTAR models), which have a 10:1 crankshaft taper. For these models, please see Duraclutch kit #15-541. Additionally, it does not fit 2021-2023 RANGER 1000 (Non-XP) models, which feature the Polaris P190X CLUTCH. Please refer to DC kit 15-540 for these models.
