Rebuild your 2015-2016 XP 1000 Polaris Ranger's front differential with our 2nd Generation BULLETPROOF rebuild package. This upgrade eliminates plastic OEM parts and replaces them with a 6 Tooth Billet Sprague Cage, 6 Tooth 4130 Cage Plate, upgraded Bearings, Seals, and Tall Rollers. No more Four Wheel Drive engagement problems - this package ensures reliable 4WD operation.
Send your front diff to us and our certified tech will troubleshoot and correct the noise. This price includes installing our upgraded bearing kit, custom shims to set the lash on the ring and pinion gears and also bench load test your diff before we ship it back.
