Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 1-3 business days.
Returns are only accepted if Redo Package Protection was purchased at checkout, which includes a 14-day return window, free shipping, and no restocking fees. Exchanges are allowed with or without Redo, though non-Redo exchanges are subject to fees and shipping costs. All items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet strict resellable condition standards to qualify.

If you added Redo Package Protection at checkout, you’re fully covered! Redo handles lost, stolen, or damaged packages with zero hassle—just file a claim through the link in your Redo confirmation email. If you didn’t purchase Redo, reach out to us at 801-899-2520 and we’ll do our best to help, but we strongly recommend protecting your order with Redo for full peace of mind.
Without Redo, all sales are final and returns aren’t accepted—no exceptions. However, we do offer exchanges for qualifying items within 14 days of delivery, though fees and shipping both ways will apply.
