This High Lifter 4” Portal Gear Lift is designed to meet tough challenges and deliver exceptional performance. Engineered with a gearing setup that includes two idler gears in the portal box, it effectively spreads the load between twice as many teeth, reducing stress and enabling it to handle more abuse. Each kit includes 4 portal boxes with 15% & 30% Dual Idler Reductions.

• Dual Idler Gear Design: The addition of a second idler gear in the gear box spreads the load over twice as many teeth, doubling the area and reducing stress by half, resulting in more reliable torque transfer.
• Enhanced Durability: Forged gear boxes provide exceptional strength, and the option for box venting and high-density Kevlar fiber gaskets with no additional sealant needed ensure robust and worry-free performance.
• Seals and Backing Plate: Dual oil seals on the spindle shaft prevent water intrusion and oil leaks, while 5/16” steel backing plates with bent flanges offer unmatched strength and durability.
• Precision Ground Rotors: Precision ground stainless steel rotors with slotted design allow for heat dissipation and cooling, contributing to improved brake performance.
• Compatibility: Works with all control arms built to factory hub specifications and is compatible with a range of Can-Am Defender MAX models.

Installation and Fitment:

This 4” kit stands out from competitors due to its superior construction, offering a broader tire fitment guide and compatibility with 14" or larger wheels. Please note that the four-inch portals will be available for shipping in late March.
