The High Lifter Portal Gear Lift comes with 4 portal boxes, featuring 15% & 30% Dual Idler Reductions for enhanced performance. With the addition of a second idler gear in the gear box, this gear lift offers improved portal design, spreading the load over twice as many teeth on the gear sets, reducing stress and providing more reliable torque transfer.
- Enhanced Durability: The forged gear boxes are the strongest on the market, providing robustness and worry-free miles. The addition of box venting and high-density Kevlar fiber gaskets, along with dual seals and strong backing plates, ensures durability and longevity.
- Improved Braking: Gear reduction extends brake life by enhancing engine braking, reducing the need for frequent brake usage.
- Optimized Performance: The alloy steel heat treating process and CNC precision ground machining ensure excellent fitment, increased strength, and a quieter performance.
