The voltage regulator often fails, and leaves you faced with replacing the entire module just for this one function, which is likely to fail again.

Our kit includes our heavy duty CNC aluminum SERIES voltage regulator rectifier, a plug & play wiring harness, and mounting hardware. Simply mount the new voltage regulator on your frame, plug in and route the harness directly to the stator connector and battery terminals, and you’re ready to ride. ABOUT THE SERIES VOLTAGE REGULATION TECHNOLOGY RMSTATOR’s new SERIES voltage regulator brings better reliability and charging system performance. A SERIES regulator is a significant upgrade over typical shunt type voltage regulators.
A shunt regulator controls battery voltage by grounding the stator coils to dissipate current as heat, rather than sending it on to the battery. SERIES regulators control battery voltage by intermittently disconnecting stator coils from the regulator electronics, limiting current flow through the unit and on to the battery completely.
This results in lower regulator and stator temperatures, more accurate voltage regulation, and increased reliability of your charging system components.

Made with the same Delphi connectors as OEM Polaris parts, our wiring harnesses are manufactured in a factory with controlled quality processes. They use the same Cross-Link braided copper wire as the OEM parts, and resist heat, oil, acid, gas and more with very low electrical resistance.
