UTV Front Diff Re-Build - UTV Parts
Our Gen 2 BULLETPROOF Front Differential Re-Build is designed for the 2018-2020 Turbo 'S', 2018-2020 RS1 and 2020-2022 Pro XP models. This rebuild eliminates all of the plastic OEM parts and upgrades all of the internals for improved reliability and durability. It includes a Billet Torsion Spring Retainer, 6 Tooth Billet Sprague cage, 6 Tooth 4130 Cage plate, Upgraded bearings & seals, and is a must-needed upgrade if 4WD engagement issues arise.
Send your front diff to us and our certified tech will troubleshoot and correct the noise. This price includes installing our upgraded bearing kit, custom shims to set the lash on the ring and pinion gears and also bench load test your diff before we ship it back.

***Your diff will be shipped with 2 ounces of our justice bros gear oil treatment. Please make sure to top the diff off with oil once you receive it.***
