While your RZR XP 1000 or RZR Turbo came equipped with what the manufacturer might refer to as a “skid plate”, it’s really nothing more than a very thin piece of plastic that offers minimum protection for your fuel tank, battery, parts of your transmission, and (if you’re lucky) a small portion of the front and rear differentials.

Manufactured at our facility in Cairo, GA, our plates are precision cut and bent from 1/2” thick Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) polyethylene sheets, offering our skid plates and rock sliders superior strength to the stock OEM or an aftermarket aluminum skid plate.
The 1/2” thick UHMW features impressive resistance to denting, gouging, and rusting caused by blunt edge impacts or sliding over obstacles.
A typical OEM plate’s material has a tensile strength of roughly 4500 PSI, while Seizmik’s UHMW material has a tensile strength of 7010 PSI. And Seizmik’s plates are 4x thicker than the average OEM plate.
Our kits also include side panels to serve as tree kickers and rock sliders, offering protection to your vehicle’s rocker panels.
Easy to handle sections piece together to cover the entire undercarriage of the vehicle, including the front and rear differentials. The corrosion resistant mounting hardware is recessed below the plate’s surface, protecting the fasteners from damage.
