How to Choose the Right Wheel Spacers

Match the spacer to the wheel hub and the clearance problem you are solving. Review these points before ordering:

• Bolt pattern: Match the machine and wheel bolt pattern exactly; similar-looking Can-Am, Polaris, Kawasaki and Honda applications are not automatically interchangeable.
• Spacer thickness: Choose the amount of added track width needed for tire, suspension or body clearance without assuming wider is always better.
• Stud and thread compatibility: Verify the supplied studs, lug-nut thread pitch, seat style and engagement required by the selected wheels.
• Wheel and brake clearance: Check the hub, brake components, wheel center bore and mounting surface before installation.
