Upgrade your Polaris RZR XP1000 with the 50 Caliber Racing Heavy Duty Radius Rod Kit designed for both 2 and 4 seat models. These heavy-duty radius rods are machined in the USA from solid 6061 CNC Billet aluminum and fitted with 5/8 inch steel heim joints for maximum durability.

The 1.25" diameter rods are built for extreme duty, making them ideal for racing, extreme jumping, high-speed whoops, and all other aggressive driving styles. Extensively tested in races such as BITD, WORCS, and the Mint 400, these rods have proven to be incredibly robust without a single failure.

The kit includes solid 6061 Billet Aluminum Upper and Lower Radius Rods (4 total), RHT 5/8" Heim Joints & jam nuts, high misalignment spacers, and a CNC engraved logo on the upper rods. You can choose from plain steel or upgrade to heat-treated 4130 Chromoly. The rods are available in raw finish or powder coat and come with a 2-year warranty, proudly made in the USA.

Important notes for fitment: Polaris changed the bolt size midyear in 2017, so it's crucial to verify the bolt size before ordering. The kit is designed for XP 1000 (2014-2016) with 10mm bolt size and XP 1000 (2017.5-2019) with 12mm bolt size.
