TPR010W - Full Flow Water Kit - RZR
The TPR010W Full Flow Water Kit is designed to prevent the formation of air pockets in the upper portion of the cylinder heads water jacket, which is a leading cause of head gasket failures. By enabling a constant flow of coolant through the highest point of the water galley in the cylinder head, it effectively eliminates any air or steam buildup while the motor is running.
This kit seamlessly integrates into the radiator return line hose from the thermostat housing, allowing for easy bleeding of coolant from the rear of the car. It is specifically engineered to work with the TPR010 Billet valve cover and comes with thread sealer for the stainless water spud. It's important to note that an impact gun should not be used to remove the stock casting plug. Instead, a large ratchet or breaker bar is recommended for installation.
For installation, measuring 4 1/2" down the black radiator return hose from the thermostat housing and cutting it there is required. The kit includes a stainless steel water spud with permatex thread sealer, a radiator hose insert with hose clamps, and the choice of hose type. Additionally, heat shield modifications might be necessary for vehicles carrying a significant amount of weight in the bed. The kit fits Polaris RZR models including XP1000, XPTurbo, XPTurbo-S, and RS1.
