Description
Make Your RZR 4 900 Harder to Hang Up—and Harder to Bend
SuperATV’s boxed front A-arms move the front wheels 2 inches forward, add 1.5 inches of ground clearance, and create room for up to 30-inch tires without a lift on the 2015–2018 Polaris RZR 4 900.
What changes when these arms go on
The forward offset moves the front hubs farther from the rear of the front fender opening. That creates room for a larger tire without using a lift solely for clearance. The high-clearance shape raises the arm’s lowest section, while the boxed construction adds strength where stock arms can bend under hard use.
- Fits up to 30-inch tires without a lift
- Fits up to 33-inch tires when paired with compatible 1.5-inch rear-offset A-arms
- Adds 2 inches of front forward offset
- Adds 1.5 inches of A-arm ground clearance
- Extends the wheelbase slightly for added stability on climbs and descents
- Uses 1/8-inch heavy-duty steel plating with internal gussets
- Includes preinstalled UHMW bushings
- UV-resistant powder-coated finish in black or red
Choose the right ball-joint option
The price changes with the ball joints selected. Every option uses the same boxed A-arm kit; the difference is whether ball joints are included and which construction you choose.
| Reuse existing | Lowest-cost choice. No new ball joints are included; remove and reuse the stock ball joints if they are still serviceable. |
|---|---|
| Standard Duty | Hardened chromoly-steel replacement designed to meet or exceed stock strength. |
| Heavy-Duty 4340 | Greaseable, adjustable ball joints made with hardened 4340 VAR steel; SuperATV reports twice the pressure capacity of OEM. |
| Super Duty 300M | Greaseable, adjustable steel-on-steel construction; SuperATV rates these at 2.25 times stock strength. |
| Keller Performance | Two-piece, thread-together design that eliminates the snap ring; greaseable and rebuildable for demanding big-tire use. |

Models this listing does not claim to fit
Do not assume compatibility with the two-seat RZR S 900, RZR Trail 900, RZR XP 900, RZR XP 1000, or later RZR chassis. Similar model names do not guarantee matching frame mounts, ball joints, shocks, tie rods, or axle geometry.
What is included
- Front boxed A-arm assembly for the listed RZR 4 900 application
- Preinstalled UHMW A-arm bushings
- Adjustable pivot blocks set to factory specifications
- Installation hardware and manufacturer instructions
- Selected ball joints when a preinstalled ball-joint option is purchased
Stock axles and tie rods are retained for the standard installation. A 33-inch tire setup requires compatible rear-offset A-arms and may require additional clearance considerations depending on wheel offset, tire profile, suspension settings, and vehicle modifications.
Installation and setup checks
- Support the machine securely and follow the supplied installation instructions
- Inspect reused ball joints before transferring them
- Set camber with the machine at normal ride height and operating load
- Verify brake-line, axle, tie-rod, wheel, and tire clearance through the full steering and suspension range
- Torque all hardware to the manufacturer specification
- Check alignment after installation and recheck hardware after the initial ride
Warranty coverage
SuperATV backs the A-arms with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, subject to its warranty terms. Ball joints and tie-rod ends are wear items and do not carry the A-arms’ lifetime coverage.
Common questions
Is this a front-and-rear A-arm kit?
No. This listing is for the forward-offset front A-arm application. The manufacturer references separate 1.5-inch rear-offset A-arms when describing the optional 33-inch tire configuration.
Will 30-inch tires fit without a lift?
SuperATV rates this kit for up to 30-inch tires without a lift. Actual clearance can also be affected by wheel offset, tire shape, suspension settings, body tolerances, and other modifications, so verify clearance at full steering lock and suspension travel.
Can I run 33-inch tires?
SuperATV states that up to 33-inch tires can fit when these arms are paired with compatible 1.5-inch rear-offset A-arms. Confirm the complete setup rather than treating the front kit alone as a 33-inch guarantee.
Do the A-arms include bushings?
Yes. High-quality UHMW bushings are preinstalled.
Do I need new ball joints?
Not necessarily. Choose the reuse option if the stock ball joints are serviceable and you will transfer them. Choose a new ball-joint option for preinstalled replacements.
Why are the ball-joint options priced differently?
They use different materials and designs. Standard Duty is the closest replacement option; 4340 Heavy Duty and 300M Super Duty increase strength; Keller uses a rebuildable two-piece design that eliminates the snap ring.
Will these fix incorrect camber?
The adjustable pivot blocks allow camber correction. Final alignment still needs to be set for the machine’s actual ride height, load, and suspension configuration.
Will these make my RZR ride smoother?
They can improve confidence by adding clearance and maintaining correct camber, but they do not change spring rates or shock damping. Harshness, sag, bouncing, or bottoming may require separate spring or shock work.
Does the lifetime warranty cover ball joints?
No. The lifetime warranty applies to the A-arms under SuperATV’s terms. Ball joints and tie-rod ends are treated as wear items.
Build the suspension around the way you ride
Compare more UTV A-arms and control arms, or ask R1 Industries to verify your RZR and ball-joint choice before ordering.
Clear the obstacle instead of feeding it a stock A-arm
Choose black or red, match the ball-joint package to how hard you ride, and give your 2015–2018 RZR 4 900 the strength and clearance its four-seat chassis deserves.
