• This stainless steel AA slip-on exhaust is just what your machine needs! We set out to produce an exhaust that adds power, looks great and reduces sound.
• With our dual muffler design, this exhaust sounds amazing with a nice deep tone, yet is QUIETER than stock at cruising speeds. At idle, off idle and wide open throttle you will notice a tiny bit more rumble but when cruising, this exhaust is quieter than the stock exhaust. The deeper tone also helps cover up some of the engine noise/drone and just sounds so much better.
• Idle 82-83db Stock Muffler / AA double is the same
• 4000 RPM 91-92db Stock Muffler / AA Dual Suppressor 89-90db
• Can use your OEM spark arrestor in this exhaust or purchase our spark arrestor.
• We do not suggest it, but you can use our 1.5″ quiet core if needing the vehicle even quieter. This core will drop HP and increase heat, so it’s not suggested for more than mild cruising/riding.
• Exhaust cannot be used with both the spark arrestor and 1.5″ Stealth Core at the same time
• Much better airflow which is needed to decrease heat
• Eliminates the stock catalytic converter which creates a ton of exhaust and motor heat, especially when running more boost
• Fits nicely into the factory location – will NOT fit with most rear bumpers
• Uses hairpin clips to hold the muffler mounts in place for extremely secure mounting
• Made from stainless steel at the AA manufacturing facility in the USA
• Tumbled to a lightly polished finish that looks great, and will turn a nice bronze after running. Note: first picture shows our prior hydro blasted finish See installed pictures for actual image.
• Extremely high quality laser cut brackets for maximum durability and a great look
• Sharp corners and outlets designed to match the RZR styling
• The aluminum heat shield keeps the back of the muffler cool and looking badass with AA graphics
• Factory rear plastic shield must be removed
• AA rear exhaust cover plate included to cover the unsightly factory heat shield
