We’ve discovered numerous ways to enhance the factory tuning, ensuring that you feel the difference every time you ride. While not getting too technical, here’s a taste of what you can expect:

Boost Levels:

Our tuning packages offer multiple levels of boost adjustment, customized to your specific model and year:

• +1 PSI (~10-15 HP): Compatible with Pump 91 Octane fuel, this tune can be run all day long up to 10,000 feet in elevation. Above that, a 15-20% AV Gas or 110 Race Gas mix is recommended.
• +2 PSI (~15-20 HP): Requires a 20% AV Gas or 110 Race Gas mix up to 10,000 feet. Above 10,000 feet, a 30% mix is necessary.
• +3 PSI (~25-30 HP): Demands a 50% AV Gas or 110 Race Gas mix at all elevations.
• +4 PSI (~35-40 HP): Experience the ultimate in power gains!

Throttle and Boost Response:

We’ve dramatically improved throttle-to-boost response time, fine-tuning the wastegate launch for quicker boost onset and a more aggressive pull. The result? Faster lift of the skis and more immediate power when you need it most. We’ve also smoothed out the boost when you release the throttle, reducing the need to grab the brake as the turbo calms down—making your ride more fun and less work. Silber Turbos allows you to switch between horsepower levels using the 7S gauge for your Polaris Boost, offering on-the-fly adjustments between three different power and response levels. Silber Turbos was the first to bring this functionality to the 7S gauge, giving you unparalleled control over your ride.

Clutching Considerations:

Keep in mind that any significant horsepower increase will likely require clutching adjustments to maintain peak performance and prevent engine damage. We recommend keeping the engine below 8,600 RPM, with the power peak between 8,100 and 8,400 RPM.
