Reduce abrupt clutch engagement on compatible Polaris Ranger 900 and Ranger 1000 models with a replacement primary spring.

Fitment

  • 2013–2019 Polaris Ranger 900
  • 2016–2017 Ranger 1000
  • 2018 Ranger 1000 Crew old-body style only

Does not fit 2018+ new-body Ranger models with the P90X clutch.

Installation

Installation requires removing the clutch cover, primary clutch bolt and six spring-cover bolts. Release and tighten the spring-cover bolts evenly, align the marks on the cover and clutch, and torque the primary bolt to the supplier-specified 70–75 ft-lb.
