RackBoss 2.0 Lasts Longer
No matter what rack you have; its gonna wear out eventually. When it does; the sloppy steering will make it tough to control your RZR. Thats why we made RackBoss 2.0. Its an evolution of our original RackBoss that uses X24 Tech to reduce wear by over 50%. Put SuperATVs RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion on your Polaris RZR 900 to ride hard and get silly without ruining your steering system. Its built for big lifts; big tires; and treacherous rides.
Less Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design
What makes RackBoss 2.0 so good at preventing slop? Its engineered with X24 Tech—heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack that remove play from the internals. Reducing play also keeps the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal movement; this rack can turn massive tires through heavy rides and hard hits and still stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next best rack. And with the built-in grease fitting; you can push fresh grease through after you go deep in mud or water.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
For a beefy tie rod setup; you want to go with solid steel bar tie rods. Theyre made with 1 diameter steel bars that are paired with bigger; better tie rods youll love—3/4 outer heim joint tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4 rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Altogether; theyre built for hard hits; big tires; and wild rides.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our swaged tube tie rods are super sturdy but lightweight. The 7/8 diameter tubing flares out to boost its strength even more and comes paired with tougher tie rod ends. They have huge 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads that are the toughest you can get. This kit will keep you in control.
