This High Lifter 4'' Portal Gear Lift is designed to tackle any challenge with its tough construction and advanced gearing setup. The inclusion of two idler gears in the portal box spreads the load between twice as many teeth, reducing stress by half and enabling more durability and resilience. Ideal for riders seeking enhanced torque and power, this kit includes 4 portal boxes with 15% & 30% Dual Idler Reductions.

Dual Idler Gear Lift: The addition of a second idler gear in the gear box spreads the load over twice as many teeth, doubling the area and reducing stress by half.
Enhanced Reliability: Prevent belt burnouts, axle breakage, and early deterioration of components with improved torque transfer and engine braking.
Forged Gear Boxes: Engineered with the strongest forged metal boxes, surpassing the strength of cast and billet aluminum options on the market.
Box Venting: Optional venting kits for cooling, reducing deterioration of gaskets and seals.
High Density Gaskets: Kevlar fiber gaskets with no additional sealant required, resistant to oil, coolant, and creep.
Dual Seals: Two oil seals on the spindle shaft and a triple seal on the input shaft for enhanced protection against water intrusion and oil leaks.
Strong Backing Plate: 5/16” steel plate with welded gusset brackets and precision ground stainless steel rotors for excellent brake performance.
Tire Fitment: Compatible with tire sizes up to 33" with the portal and up to 35" with forward arms (fitment may vary by manufacturer).
Vehicle Fitment: Compatible with various Polaris Ranger models including 900 and 1000 XP Crew editions from 2014 to 2019.
