The Dirt Warrior Vault adds framed glass upper doors and panels above the factory lower doors on 2019–2024 RZR Pro XP and 2022–2024 RZR Turbo R two-seat models. Choose upper doors alone or add matching front glass, rear glass and an electric wiper package.
What changes when you add the Vault
Know what the base configuration includes
The starting configuration is the two upper side doors, windows and panels. It is not automatically a complete front-to-rear enclosure.

Choose the rear window around your audio setup
Do not guess: If the machine has an aftermarket audio enclosure, chase light, cargo rack or spare-tire mount near the rear cage, send photos before ordering. Interference can require modification.
Fitment must be checked against the complete machine
- 2019–2024 Polaris RZR Pro XP 2-seat with factory cage, roof and lower doors.
- 2022–2024 Polaris RZR Turbo R 2-seat with the matching factory-style cab structure.
- Not for four-seat Pro XP 4 or Turbo R 4 models.
- Not for the RZR Pro R, RZR XP 1000, Turbo S or earlier XP Turbo chassis.
- Aftermarket roofs, cages, lower doors and windshields can change mounting and sealing surfaces; fitment cannot be guaranteed.
Best practice: Confirm year, exact model, seat count, roof, cage, lower doors, audio package and rear-mounted accessories before checkout.
Expect installation adjustment—not a universal snap-on part
Dirt Warrior templates the system for the stock platform, but UTV cage, roof and door alignment varies. Test-fit every panel before final tightening. Some installations can require filing, bending, drilling or latch adjustment to achieve even gaps and smooth operation.
- Protect laminated-glass edges during handling.
- Align the upper assemblies with the factory lower doors before drilling.
- Verify both doors open, close and latch without binding.
- Recheck latch adjustment and fasteners after the first ride.
- The enclosure reduces exposure but is not completely waterproof or dustproof.
Common questions before you order
Does the base price include front and rear glass?
No. The starting configuration includes the two upper side doors, windows and panels. Front glass, rear glass and the electric-wiper kit are selectable upgrades.
Do the side windows open separately?
No. The glass does not slide or open independently; it moves with the lower door assembly.
Are the factory lower doors included?
No. The Vault upper system installs above the machine's factory lower doors.
Will it fit a four-seat machine?
No. This listing is for two-seat models only.
Which rear glass should I choose?
Select the Rockford Fosgate cutout only when your factory audio layout requires it. Modified audio systems should be reviewed before ordering.
Will it fit an aftermarket roof or cage?
Fitment cannot be assumed. Dirt Warrior builds around factory doors, cage and roof; aftermarket components may require adjustment or modification.
Is installation completely bolt-on?
No. The manufacturer specifies minimal drilling, and final fit can require alignment or adjustment because machines vary.
How long will it take to ship?
Vault systems are manufactured products and timing changes with demand and configuration. Contact R1 Industries for a current estimate when timing matters.
