SHIFT Performance Labs designed this full system with the mindset of making the best racing exhaust for the Maverick R. Goal number one was performance. All five racers testing for us at KOH 2024 reported back that the low-end power was very noticeable with the turbo spooling up faster. The response in the rocks made a huge difference for them. We had gains in HP and Torque and the gains are very dependent on the tune used. Now we are talking about Kyle Chaney (KOH King for the last 4 years), Hunter & Cody Miller, Jay Shaw, and Kory Willis. Not a bad set of testers to give us feedback and help develop this exhaust. Yes, it was used on Kyle's car when he won this year! Goal number two was weight. We saved over 35 lbs. from the stock exhaust. Goal number three was sound. It might not be quiet, but it has a badass bark that lets you know it's coming. It's a racing exhaust, so ultra quiet wasn't going to be in the cards.

This is a full 304 Stainless Steel exhaust designed and manufactured right here in the USA. The header is 3" diameter TIG welded with a pre-muffler to reduce undesirable exhaust sound and bellow to be better at handling lateral movement to tolerate pipe misalignment.

The slip-fit 304 Stainless Steel Muffler with a 3" perforated core was designed for high-flowing abilities with excellent durability. In addition, it will withstand the heat of a high-performance turbo motor. Our muffler mount is designed to bolt to the transmission where the stock exhaust was mounted. It utilizes the OEM rubber mounts to help protect the exhaust survive the abuse that the Maverick R is capable of. 

 The complete system is cerakoted to not only give it that incredible black look we all love, but for maximum durability and heat dispersion. It was designed to stay tight in the engine compartment with a rear exhaust exit. This helps stay clear of any suspension modification you might have on your Maverick R.
