Factory plastic intake vents crack, fade, and offer almost no real protection against rocks and debris that can destroy your air filters. DRT's Aluminum Complete Intake Vent Set replaces all of them with precision laser-cut 6061-T6 aluminum — powder-coated top plates, mil-spec anodized mesh, and a 10-piece complete system that covers every vent location inside and out. Your engine and clutch breathe clean air. Your RZR looks like a custom build.
What's the difference between the two variants?
The "Vent Covers (Outside Only)" option provides outer protection and a visual upgrade. The "Vent Cover Full Set (Inside/Outside)" is the complete 10-piece system with both inner and outer protection for maximum filtration and debris shielding.
What years and models does this fit?
Fits 2020 and newer Polaris RZR Pro XP, Pro R, and Turbo R — all models.
Is there anything special about the Pro R / Turbo R install?
Yes — for Pro R and Turbo R models, you'll need to remove OEM deflectors P/N 5457037 and 5457038 before installing the inner kit. Instructions are included.
Can I customize the color?
Yes — the aluminum top plates can be powder-coated or painted to match your build colors for a fully custom look.
