The RZR Turbo S 4 Seater is one of the widest, most capable multi-passenger UTVs ever built — with a massive stance, long-travel suspension, and serious power. But even the Turbo S's factory suspension is limited by its single-rate spring. Tuned for a broad range of loads and conditions, the factory spring is always a compromise: too stiff for light loads on smooth trails, not progressive enough for big hits with a full crew at speed.
A tender spring adds a softer secondary spring in series with the main coil. At low shaft speeds and small bumps, only the tender spring compresses — giving all four passengers a plush, compliant feel. As forces increase with a full load or bigger hits, the main spring engages and provides the support needed. The result is a suspension that feels soft on small chop but firm when you need it, with 2-3" more ride height to clear obstacles and run larger tires on that wide Turbo S platform.
