You can choose to have heavy-duty or Super-Duty 300M ball joints pre-installed for free when you purchase them with your A-arms. Otherwise, you will need to re-use your stock ball joints.

Will these A-arms affect my steering?
The 1.5 forward offset actually increases your wheelbase, which can improve stability. The adjustable pivot blocks also allow you to correct camber for optimal tire wear and steering performance.
