Packard Performance Sand Light Rear Paddle Tires

Packard Sand Light rear paddle tires are built around lightweight sand performance for side-by-sides. This listing includes standard 32- and 33-inch rear tires plus a 33-inch HO configuration for higher-output builds.

Packard's Setup Guidance

• The carcass measures approximately 1 inch shorter than the printed size.
• Standard Sand Light uses a 1 1/16-inch paddle height.
• HO uses a 1 5/16-inch paddle height, 1/4 inch taller than the standard Sand Light tire.
• Packard recommends standard versions for stock SXS builds through roughly 250–300 HP max.
• Packard recommends HO tires for machines over 250 crank HP.
• Approximate listed weights: 32-inch ~28 lb, 33-inch ~28 lb, 33-inch HO ~30 lb.
• Packard recommends 8–10 PSI for optimal performance.

Comp-Cut Option

Where a comp-cut option is selected, Packard states that typical rear-tire weight reduction is about 7–8 lb. Comp cutting makes the tire thinner and increases puncture risk. Packard states comp-cut tires have no warranty, may have small air leaks or exposed threads, and are not recommended around rocks and sticks. Packard recommends adding 8 oz of liquid starch per tire for comp-cut setups.
