The Black Ops Machine OG RZR Belt Change Tool inserts directly into the secondary clutch, locks it open with a single bolt, and frees both your hands to swap the belt quickly and cleanly. Made from Q235 carbon steel. Compatible with Polaris RZR 570, 800, XP 900, and XP 1000.
How does the hands-free design work?
The tool inserts into the secondary clutch assembly and uses a bolt to compress and lock the clutch open, freeing both your hands to swap the belt.
Which side of the tool should I use?
Use the skinny side for 2011+ XP 900 and 2014–2015 XP 1000 models. Use the wide side for 2016+ XP 1000 models.
What tools are required to use it?
You will need a standard 1/2" socket to tighten the bolt that compresses and locks the clutch.
