We use a dual PTFE bushing design to prevent the wear and tear that you're used to. Thanks to our X24 Tech, which uses tough bushings at both ends of the rack, RackBoss 2.0 can power through bigger hits with larger tires without getting sloppy steering. You get like-new operation that lasts longer than any other Ranger 800 steering rack. Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
You need a set of solid steel bar tie rods if you want to get wild. These 1" diameter rods are paired with superior heim joint tie rod ends too. They use 16 mm rack threads and 3/4" rod threads for extreme strength.
