A New Differential Thats Better than OEM
Our replacement diff comes fully assembled and ready to install. You get a new heavy-duty billet aluminum case; thicker gears; bushings; seals; hubs; sprague; armature; and wiring. We use 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum for the sprague carrier for unbeatable strength and impressive durability. No matter how hard you ride; our differential can handle infinite differential lock engagements without wearing out. We took all the weakest parts of the OEM diff and beefed them up; giving you the strongest Polaris Pro XD diff you can find.
Hobbed Gears Are Quiet and Smooth
Our complete Polaris Pro XD front differential uses hobbed gears for the ring and pinion gears. Why does that matter? Hobbed gears are cut and finished with perfect precision you cant get with other gear-making methods. The result is perfectly mating gear teeth that run smooth with almost no noise or vibration. It makes your ride more comfortable and boosts long-term durability.
Stronger Mounting
Weve beefed up our differential case by using helical inserts in the mounting threads. These inserts make it virtually impossible for the mounting bolts to wallow out or pull out over time. OEM has feet-like mounting locations; while ours mounts to a single block built into the body of the diff. We also thickened the pinion gear tube to make sure it can stand up to every bump; jar; and torque load. We use a bolt-on cap to retain the pinion bearing instead of a snap ring; making it easier to service your diff without breaking the seal.
