What models does this tensioner fit?
This tensioner fits Polaris RZR XP1000 (17-up), XPTurbo (16-up), XPTurbo-S, Pro XP, Pro S, Turbo R, Xpedition, RS1, XP900 (17-up), and Ranger models. Please check your specific model as early 2017 XP1000 RZRs may have a different style.
How often does the tensioner need adjustment?
Adjustment is recommended every 500-750 miles, depending on riding style. The adjustment can be performed easily without removing the tensioner, even while the engine is running.
What is the tensioner made of?
The tensioner body and knob are constructed from 6061 billet aluminum, and the internal components are made from durable 17-4 stainless steel. Stainless steel ARP bolts are included.
Is this a difficult installation?
