Will this harness fit my truck or sand rail — not just a UTV?Yes. This is a universal 4-point harness. As long as your vehicle has a cage, harness bar, or mounting points for a 4-point system, this harness will work. It's used in UTVs, trucks, sand rails, dune buggies, rock crawlers, and buggies.
Do I need a harness bar to install this?For most applications, yes — a harness bar or roll cage mounting point is required for the shoulder straps. Check out the Weld-On Harness Tab if you need a mounting solution.
What's the difference between 4-point and 5-point?A 4-point harness has two shoulder straps and two lap straps. A 5-point adds a crotch strap for additional submarining protection. See the 3" 5-Point Harness if you want the extra strap.
Is this harness SFI rated?This harness is not SFI rated. If you need SFI certification for sanctioned racing, check out the SFI 16.1 Cam-Lock Harness.
