Dirt Warrior Vault Glass Upper Doors — Polaris General 2-Seat
1 / 10
Glass upper doors for your two-seat Polaris General
Dirt Warrior's Vault closes the side openings above your factory lower doors with framed safety glass. This kit is built for the two-passenger General, with separate choices for the front windshield, rear glass and manual wiper so you can work around the cab components you already own.
What the base kit includes
- Two upper side-door/window assemblies and the application-specific panels.
- 1/4-inch laminated DOT safety glass in 1/8-inch aluminum frames.
- Textured-black powder coat, latch/release handles and installation hardware.
Choose the glass package you need: front windshield and rear windshield are optional. A manual wiper is included only when selected with the front windshield. The roof, factory lower doors and vehicle are not included. Installed photos may show additional glass or other accessories.
2016+ two-seat fitment and early-model insert
Dirt Warrior lists this application for the 2016+ Polaris General two-seater. R1's year choices are 2016–2017 and 2018+. The manufacturer specifies an additional stabilizing door-insert panel for 2016–2017 machines and states that it is included in those upper-door kits.
The system is based on the factory cage, roof and lower doors. Confirm the exact year, trim and any aftermarket roof, doors or windshield with R1 before ordering. For a four-passenger machine, use the separate Dirt Warrior General four-seat Vault.
Installation and warm-weather use
Minimal drilling is required. Dirt Warrior directs two-seat owners to the front-door steps of its General Vault installation video. Review the process before starting, including alignment of the upper glass, latch and adjoining panels. Installation time varies with the machine and installer.
The glass stays fixed in its frame and does not roll down independently. The upper-door system can be removed for seasonal riding. Matching Dirt Warrior front and rear glass is recommended by the manufacturer for its ventilation design.
Before you order
Is it completely waterproof or dustproof?
No. The enclosure reduces direct exposure, but vehicle tolerances and adjoining panels can leave small gaps. Avoid expecting a fully sealed automotive cabin.
Can I reuse an aftermarket roof or windshield?
Compatibility must be checked for that combination. Send R1 the component brands and photos before ordering; roof edges or modified cage and door shapes can affect sealing.
What is the warranty?
Dirt Warrior offers a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty for materials and workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase is required. Glass breakage after unboxing, wear and incorrect installation are excluded. Read the full warranty terms.
When will my enclosure ship?
Production and transit depend on the chosen configuration and current demand. Ask R1 for the current estimate if you need it before a trip. The ability to order is not a promise of immediate shipment.
