Dirt Warrior's Vault adds framed glass upper doors and panels above the factory lower doors on 2016+ Polaris General 4-seat models. Start with the upper-door system, then choose front windshield, rear window and manual-wiper options for the enclosure you actually need.

The base configuration is the Vault upper side doors, windows and panels. It is not automatically a complete six-sided cab.

Choose the right configuration before checkout
Fitment: 2016+ Polaris General 4-seat models
- Designed around the stock Polaris General 4-seat cage, OEM roof and factory lower doors.
- Select 2016–2017 or 2018+ so the correct application is supplied.
- This is not the 2-seat General enclosure.
- Aftermarket roofs, cages or lower doors can change the sealing surfaces and may require adjustment or custom fabrication.
- Roof edges that extend too far down the cage can interfere with upper-door sealing.
Before ordering: If the machine has an aftermarket roof, cage, doors or windshield, send R1 Industries photos and the component brands so compatibility can be reviewed.
Realistic expectations: sealed better, not waterproof
The system is built to reduce exposure and improve cab comfort, but no UTV enclosure turns the vehicle into a watertight cabin. Dirt Warrior leaves installation tolerance because factory cages, doors and roofs vary slightly from machine to machine. Small gaps or minimal water entry can occur where the windshield meets the roof, hood or adjoining panels.
- Test-fit and align every panel before final tightening.
- Keep glass supported and protect its edges during installation and seasonal removal.
- Recheck latches and fasteners after the first ride and periodically afterward.
- For the best ventilation behavior, use the matching Dirt Warrior front and rear glass configuration.
Common questions before you order
Does the base price include a front and rear windshield?
No. The base selection includes the upper side doors, windows and panels. Front and rear glass are optional selections.
Are factory lower doors included?
No. The Vault upper system is designed to work above the machine's factory lower doors. Lower doors and the UTV are not included.
Will this fit a 2016 or 2017 General 4?
Yes. Select the 2016–2017 option. The catalog also provides a separate 2018+ selection.
Will it fit a two-seat Polaris General?
No. This listing is for the four-seat General platform.
Will it work with an aftermarket roof or cage?
Fitment cannot be assumed. The system is fabricated around stock doors, cage and roof. Aftermarket parts may change the sealing surfaces or require modification.
Is installation completely bolt-on?
No. The manufacturer describes the installation as straightforward but specifies that minimal drilling is required. Professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable aligning glass panels and drilling the vehicle.
Is it completely waterproof or dustproof?
No UTV enclosure is completely sealed. The Vault reduces direct exposure, but assembly tolerances and adjoining body, roof and windshield surfaces can allow small gaps or minimal water and dust entry.
How long will it take to ship?
This is a manufactured enclosure and lead times can change with production demand and configuration. Contact R1 Industries for the current estimate before ordering if timing is critical.
