Repeated Belt Failure Usually Has A Reason
A broken or glazed belt can be the result instead of the root cause. Clutch condition, heat, setup, alignment, riding conditions or another drivetrain problem can contribute to repeat failures. R1 inspects the system before recommending the repair.

Can R1 diagnose a UTV that keeps breaking belts?
Yes. Repeated belt failures can involve clutching, heat, setup or related drivetrain conditions, so the machine should be diagnosed before another belt is installed.
Do you only replace the belt?
The recommended work depends on the inspection. If the belt is the only issue, that may be all the machine needs. If another condition contributed to the failure, we’ll identify it first.
Where is the repair performed?
All work is performed at R1 Industries Offroad in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We do not operate fake satellite repair locations.
