• Kit includes: Charge Tube, Intake Tube, Billet BOV & Filter
• Smooths out and increases airflow to the turbo to provide maximum horsepower, especially on bigger tunes
• Aluminum tubes dissipate heat MUCH better than silicone tubes
• Aluminum tubes are stronger and flow better than silicone tubes when doing back to back tests
• Aluminum tubes will not collapse! Silicone intake tubes even when 4 or 5 ply can still collapse with higher boost
• High quality TIG welded aluminum tube with bead rolled edges
• Silicone couplers fit nicely over the turbo and on the airbox
• Seals better than the factory
• Installs easily in the factory location
• Intake Tube:
• Has ports for the blow off valve, crank case vent, and MAP sensor in our standard style intake tube (like factory)
• Has a 1/8″ barb for your boost controller vent line which is prone to getting clogged with dirt/sand. This is a fix to a common issue on 2020 Pro XP models.
• Optional catch can version is highly recommended for those running Level 4 and above boost pressures.
• Charge Tube:
• Side MAP sensor location allows better fitment of the sensor under the bed
• Aluminum vs Silicone Charge Tubes:  Aluminum charge tubes are stronger with less expansion and air turbulence under pressure.  This results in better flow and cooler charge temps over silicone tubes when doing back to back tests.  Aluminum tubes also dissipate and reflect motor heat much better than silicone tubes.  The main advantages of silicone tubes are less clamps, cheaper to manufacture, and can sometimes be easier to install.  We always use/manufacture aluminum tubes when possible as they have proven themselves to be better and very reliable…especially with quality T-Bolt clamps.
• Must-have for anyone running 18+ PSI of boost as the factory tube will burst above this
• Billet BOV:
• Made from billet aluminum – Will not warp like the plastic factory BOV
• Prevents boost pressure and horsepower loss
• Switch between that blow off valve sound and stock sound in just minutes
• Wanting that BOV sound? You can easily plug your hose returning the valve to the intake tube with a 1″ plug which is supplied. This will give you that sound and allow you to switch back to the factory “diverter valve” routing if riding in muddy/wet conditions.
• Optional Pre-Airbox Intake tube is highly recommended for 2020 Pro XP models as they had a soft rubber intake tube which would collapse under boost. 2021+ models have an updated hard plastic tube from the factory. Our intake tube is still an upgrade that flows better and looks great.
