All items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet strict resellable condition standards to qualify.

If you didn’t purchase R1 protect, reach out to us at 801-899-2520 and we’ll do our best to help, but we strongly recommend protecting your order with R1 protect for full peace of mind.
Without R1 protect, all returns are subject to restocking fees —no exceptions. However, we do offer exchanges for qualifying items within 14 days of delivery, though fees and shipping both ways will apply.
