The Polaris UTVs are great machines; however, the OEM bearings in the transmissions fail very  easily. This can leave you stranded during an off-road adventure and potentially cause catastrophic failure resulting in thousands of dollars in repairs.

Our research has proven that the Nachi brand bearings are optimal for high-heat environments and can handle significant side loading to the bearing races due to the helical gear tooth design. We enhance these already excellent bearings through our proprietary 80-hour CryoHeat processing, which makes them 28% stronger with over a 200% longer service life.

The CryoHeat process transforms the bearings' entire molecular structure. This realigned grain structure creates incredible strength far beyond any other manufacturer. This process increases dimensional stability and significantly reduces thermal heat on the bearing surface by over 200°F.

Warning: Do not get scammed by companies selling self-labeled bearings or mismatched bearings with big name branding. While some of these bearings may be ok however, incapable of taking such a side load without significant wear and ultimately failing. FAG, SKF, Koyo, Timken, NTN, NSK are all reputable brands however not great for this application.
