RPM SXS Polaris RZR Turbo Blow-Off Valve Kit

The RPM SXS BOV-PO-1 replaces the factory-style valve on supported Polaris RZR Turbo applications with a machined billet anodized blow-off valve. It mounts in the stock valve location and includes the components listed below.

Supported Applications

• 2016–2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo — 2-seat and 4-seat models
• 2018–2021 Polaris RZR Turbo S — supported 2-seat and 4-seat applications listed by RPM
• 2022–2024 Polaris RZR Turbo R — 2-seat and 4-seat models
• 2020–2026 Polaris RZR Pro XP — 2-seat and 4-seat models
• 2025–2026 Polaris RZR Pro S — 2-seat and 4-seat models

• RPM machined billet anodized blow-off valve
• Vacuum hose
• Heavy spring / supplied spring set for valve tuning
• 25 mm aluminum billet plug
• Purge filter and pre-filter
• Installation instructions

Installation Notes

• Installs in the stock diverter-valve location.
• RPM recommends the valve be oriented downward.
• The supplied filter and pre-filter are not required for normal use; RPM notes they are intended for constant deep-water or mud use and also reduce sound.
• The valve is supplied with RPM's recommended medium spring setting. The additional springs change valve response/sound; follow RPM's instructions when changing them.
