This roof rack kit fits 2024 and newer Polaris Xpedition ADV 5 and XP5 models and makes full use of the vehicle’s extended roofline for added utility. It gives riders a strong, organized platform for securing cargo without taking away from fit and finish. The modular design also keeps the system practical for different gear setups and mounting needs.

This modular rack system combines formed steel panels, forged and post-machined billet aluminum brackets, and extruded aluminum crossbars for a balanced mix of strength, utility, and reduced weight. The center crossbars use a premium sand-texture finish, while the mounting brackets are e-coated and laser engraved with DRT branding for a clean finished look. Integrated tie-down points add everyday utility without cluttering the design. All necessary installation hardware is included and uses black-coated alloy steel or stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance. The extruded crossbars also pair well with 1/4-20 drop-in T-nuts and Quickfist Mount PN 225140, along with PowerTec 1/4"-20 x 1" long PN QTB1004.
