Engineered for durability and reliability, the tensioner features a 6061 billet aluminum body and turning knob, along with 17-4 stainless steel internals. Its proven performance has been tested in various conditions, from recreational desert riding to intense desert racing and BAJA races, with zero failures.
With easy maintenance, you can simply loosen a nut and turn a knob (even while the engine is running), requiring attention only every 500-750 miles, depending on your driving habits. The TPR manual tensioner offers peace of mind and longevity for your engine.
Compatible with Polaris RZR models: XP1000 (14-16) and XP900 (15-older).
