Complete primary and secondary clutch replacement, with adjustable setup

Fits the listed 2016–2020 RZR XP Turbo and Turbo S applications. Does not fit 2021 models; those require a different kit. If your RZR is a 2021, contact R1 before ordering.

The Aftermarket Assassins Stage 4 Recoil kit replaces both clutch assemblies and includes the performance components used to configure them for your machine. It suits riders replacing worn clutches or setting up a stock or modified RZR for a particular tire and terrain combination.

Confirm the exact year and existing clutch hardware, especially on a modified vehicle. This listing does not establish fitment for Pro XP, Turbo R, Pro S, Pro R or non-turbo XP 1000 models.

Belt, clutch puller and optional torsion conversion are separate. The optional torsion kit pictured in the gallery is not one of this listing's 1024, 1031 or 1021 helix selections. The existing dyno image is not a guaranteed gain for your vehicle.

Choose the helix for your load

• 1024 Performance: AA's all-around choice for 2017–2020 two- or four-seat XP Turbo/Turbo S applications with 28–33-inch tires or paddles; less aggressive initial shift than 1031.
• 1031 Performance: More aggressive initial shift for 2017–2020 two-seat models with 28–32-inch tires or paddles. AA recommends 1031 for 2016 models unless tires exceed 33 inches.
• 1021 High Load: For heavier loads, including 2017–2020 two-seat models on 34–35-inch tires and four-seat XP Turbo applications on 32–35-inch tires or 32-inch paddles. Confirm the setup for heavy Turbo S 4 builds.

The tire-size selector is not a guarantee that every helix/model combination is suitable. Share your tire type and weight, seating, elevation, terrain, tune, added vehicle weight and any gear reduction with R1. A 2016 model on 35-inch tires needs a setup check before ordering.

Installation and setup

Plan for the separate AA 108-1006 primary clutch puller. Review the included setup sheet and have the completed installation checked against AA's peak-RPM guidance. Changes in tires, power, gearing or elevation can require weight adjustments. Read AA's clutch verification guide.

Common questions

Does it include a belt?
No. Choose a compatible replacement separately, such as the AA Stryker belt, after confirming your application.

Do I need an ECU tune?
The kit can be configured for stock or modified machines. Clutch calibration must match your existing engine setup; an ECU tune is not included.

Is it ready to install without adjustment?
The clutches come assembled, but you still need to verify the setup on your vehicle. Call R1 at 801-899-2520 with your build details before ordering.
