Packard Apollo Beadlock Wheel · Silver
The Apollo’s angular multi-spoke face and triangular openings give your dune setup a bold, machined look. Its separate billet center and flow-forged barrel let the design, barrel finish and bead-retention choice define the build.
This version pairs a silver center with a black barrel. The beadlock ring adds a bold outer edge and mechanical tire-bead retention.
Choosing a beadlock ring: Select the exact ring style and finish available in the options above; the product photos may not show every combination.
A CNC-machined 6061 billet center meets a flow-forged barrel, joined with stainless hardware.

4x136 or 4x156 · 15x7 or 15x11. Select your width and bolt pattern in Wheel Size & Fitment. Choose the four-lug pattern specified for your exact machine. Model year and trim can change the required fitment.
For a fitment check, text R1 your year, make, model and trim, plus your front and rear tire sizes. Include any portals, hub adapters or brake changes. Ask us to confirm the selected wheel’s offset, center bore, lug-seat hardware, load requirements and brake/suspension clearance before ordering.
Front steer tires and rear paddles
Packard’s common dune arrangement is 15x7 at the front and 15x11 at the rear. Use that as a starting point for your tire combination, then confirm the tire maker’s approved rim width and your machine’s requirements.
Match more than diameter. These wheels have a 15-inch bead-seat diameter. A tire’s 15-inch size marking alone does not confirm wheel-width, load or vehicle compatibility. Select the 15-inch version when a tire listing offers more than one rim diameter.
Compare Sand Light front steer tires and Sand Light rear paddles, or explore the Packard sand-tire range. Send your horsepower and riding style with your setup so R1 can help narrow the paddle choices. Wheels and tires are sold separately.

Why this wheel?
You are paying for a mechanical beadlock as well as the machined wheel design. Choose this version when bead retention at your intended sand pressure matters to the setup.
Packard builds performance parts from its Clearfield, Utah shop and has real roots in sand racing. For us, that background matters: these are wheels from people who understand a dune build. Choose the Apollo for the look you love, then let the correct size and configuration do the practical work.
“I love Packard wheels. They look so dang good, and I’ve used them on every paddle tire setup I’ve ever had.”

Why lightweight construction matters in sand
Your engine accelerates the wheel and tire every time you roll into the throttle. Keeping rotating weight down can help the machine respond more readily, while lower unsprung weight gives the suspension less mass to control. The tire choice matters too, so look at the complete wheel-and-tire combination.
Packard’s two-piece layout uses a machined center attached to a separate barrel. Wheel weight varies with size, bolt pattern, ring and cap; ask us for the exact configuration’s weight if you are comparing setups ounce for ounce.
Ordering and setup details
Product photos may show a different ring, cap, tire or installed machine. Your selected options define the wheel you receive. Match the required lug hardware to the wheel and follow Packard’s current installation and torque instructions.
Planning for a trip? Check the selected option’s availability and ask R1 about timing before ordering. We can help you sort out the details before the trailer is loaded.
